  • Malic acid is a chemical found in nature, certain fruits and wines, is one of the necessary compounds in the glycometabolism – malate in the Kreb cycle.
  • Malic acid is 20 % more acidic than similar sour-tasting agents, such as citric acid.
  • Increasing tasty because its flavour is smoother and longer
